Excellent service. Was in a pinch - while going to work had a flat tire. Not what you want even after a very tough week. Drive here, asked if they could help - they said they could. They had that tire fixed with another that needed it too in over an hour.

OUTSTANDING service as always! Everyone is so helpful, polite, patient, and they ALWAYS take the time to explain the customer’s vehicle situation. The Empire Street location sets the standard for how ALL automotive businesses should conduct business! Additionally, Jennifer is absolutely outstanding! She has set a high bar for customer service skills, and exceeds the highest of customer expectations! Thank you for asking.

Amazing service!! I work right next to them and they are always busy. Even so, they still got an oil change and rotation done in hour as promised and gave a fair price.

I've been going to these guys for over 20 years and never had a bad experience. Quality work and the most honest folks in town. They charge you for what they do and don't pad it with extra BS like so many places. Yesterday I brought in a part but it was the wrong fit - they found one they had around that would work and didn't charge me a cent for it. And I've had several similar experiences with them before. Highly recommended.

Frank, Jennifer, and the team of technicians were able to get my car in that same day. I had a laundry list of things that needed to be looked at, including shocks and struts, brakes and rotors, and a possible broken swing arm, and they didn't try to upsell me. I was quoted quickly, and the prices were very fair. Frank took the keys, and they got to work later that day. From start to finish, Jennifer was very helpful and honest. She kept me in the loop the entire time and made me feel at ease, whereas other shops have not. Very impressed by this place and would highly recommend it.
